Many students go through major changes in their lives while receiving higher education. With the pressure of not only succeeding post-grad, but also quickly figuring out their future paths, students need proper guidance that will appropriately lead them towards their passion and goals.
SOLUTION
Student success centers provide ample opportunities for students to explore different future career paths. They house the proper resources that are needed for them to identify exactly what they can contribute to the real-world and the next steps that need to be taken to do so.
all students need private areas that encourage relaxation and head-down time
make sure all spaces support collaborative thought-processing and group sharing
provide spaces that encourage confidential guidance from professionals and/or other students
